• To recruit good quality insurance advisors
• Acquire licensing to advisors in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
• Ensure that the advisors achieve business targets set for them.
• Provide on the job training & manage and monitor performance of Advisors
• Maintain renewals for the policies procured by team of Advisors.
Technical skills: Insurance, Health insurance, agency sales, insurance sales
Soft skills: Good communication skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, , interpersonal skills
Educational Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years Agency Sales team handling experience required
* Health Insurance candidates are first preference
* Minimum 8 years Health isurance/Life insurance Agency Sales experience required
* Own vehicle is mandatory
