Job Description:
Compliance
• Manage PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and other payments.
• File manual returns for POSH, Bonus, and other applicable forms.
• Process PF and ESIC payments, ensure timely challan payments.
• Address staff and labor issues related to PF, ESIC, and other benefits.
• Obtain and maintain Labour License, BOCW, and ISMW licenses.
• Prepare and present monthly compliance reports to clients.
• Conduct site visits, address NC points, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain confidential records in both paper and electronic forms.
Accounts:
• Prepare GSTR-1 & 3B, file returns, and handle GST notices.
• Process vendor payments, sales/purchase entries, bank reconciliations, and TDS payments.
• Finalize accounts, prepare balance sheets, and schedule.
• File annual returns, PT payments, and compute advance tax.
• Prepare cheques, MOMs, and assist team members.
• Work with CS for annual return filing and obtain approvals for bank payments.
Technical Skills: Compliances, Accounts, MS office, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC,PT, Gratuity
Soft Skills: Communication Skills, problem solving
Educational Qualification: B Com, M Com, MBA
