8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience is required. At least 3 years of Big 4 or reputable public accounting experience is strongly desired

Responsibility:
Accounting & Finance Operations
Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Partnership
Compliance, Taxation & Regulatory Reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
Chartered Accounting designation in India
• Subject matter expert on Indian GAAP with the ability to research and analyze new and proposed
accounting guidance. Strong technical knowledge in IFRS is desired.
• Detail oriented, hands-on, superior analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize
complex issues into actionable points
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to manage competing priorities and
meet deliverables while building relationships with all stakeholders
• Leadership and people management skills with ability to lead, motivate and engage all stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent project and change management skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
• Knowledge of ERP software preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Gaming experience is preferred
