https://www.satvam.com Vacancy Thu, 16 Jul 2026 22:48:56 +0530 en-us https://www.satvam.com https://www.satvam.com/job-openings-for-project-quality-engineer-pune-1231919.htm https://www.satvam.com/job-openings-for-project-quality-engineer-pune-1231919.htm Tue, 20 Feb 2024 00:00:00 +0530 Senior Engineer Project Quality Pune Company: Leading automotive engineering company in Pune Job description: • Working with CFT members and Project Manager for execution of Quality deliverables of projects. • Through knowledge of VW BEON. • Strong knowledge of fixture, gauges & tools • Knowledge of gauge plan as per customer drawing. • Through knowledge of customer portals (VW, TML, M&M etc.). • Customer updated standard tracking from customer portals. • Supplier PPAP approval for all BOP parts. • Knowledge of cubing, fugan plan etc.. • Continuous co-ordination with customer for new parts related concerns. • Document preparation & uploading on customer portal for submission & Final approvals. • Parts & documents preparation for BMG & NOTE approval submission. • IMDS Number (International Material Data Sheet) creation for respective project parts from external agency. • Participate in Customer Trials along with Project Manager to identify Quality related aspects • Support Plant in Approving of Supplier PPAP • Preparation / Compilation of PPAP Documents • Resolution of Technical queries with customers during development phase after consultation with CFT & seniors • Active participation in VA / VE activities • Comply as per IATF QMS standards/procedures • Effectively participate in the various organizational development, employee motivational schemes, initiatives as introduced from time to time namely 5S, Kaizen, Star Employee, Fast Track Career, ERP implementation et Educational Qualification: CIPET / Diploma / BE - Mechanical/Production/Tool Room Technical Skills: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA Soft Skills: Communications skills, team building, customer interaction skills Good interpersonal skills, communication and behavioural mind-set Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience in end to end Project Quality management
