  • PhD in "Analysis of human resource practices in the corporate sector", MLW, BA (Economics & Statistics), LLB (Honours), Diploma in HRM, Diploma in Computer Applications, Diploma on ‘Communication and Training techniques’ from ILO at the ILO-Turin Centre in Italy

  • Total work experience is 28 years; comprising of corporate work in capacity of legal and HR head, practiced in the High Court of Gujarat, worked on various ILO projects. Widely travelled (national and international) on projects and consultancy assignments

  • Written and presented various papers at national and international conferences; published papers in various journals and magazines

  • Recipient of ‘best teacher award’ from the Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai

  • Faculty member for various MDP programs in corporate and academic institutes
